Larne is a friendly field
hockey club based in Larne, just 25 minutes from Belfast with a youthful first team.
We also have a growing youth section who meet on Friday nights.
The hockey we play is
competitive yet fun!
The teams cover a wide range of playing abilities and we encourage players
of all standards to join.
We've been playing field hockey in
Larne, since 1940.

Membership info - new hockey players welcome!
We
are a very friendly field hockey club, so you can be assured of a very
warm welcome.
If you are interested in joining, simply come along to try
us out.
Hockey training:
All teams train once on Tuesdays from start of Sept 2008 until end March
2009.
Training takes place indoors at St Comgall's College
on Tuesday evenings from 8.00pm til 9pm

Hockey League - mens and boys youth:
The men's teams play in the Ulster Podium Senior 2 League
The Leagues run from mid-September to the end of March. But the hockey
never ends with hockey festivals, hockey tournaments, summer hockey leagues,
friendlies and many social events continue throughout the summer months.
Junior coaching will recommence with boys from 7 to 15 years of age catered for.
This will commence from January 09 and will be held in St. Comgalls indoor gym.
Home matches take place on the Astro pitches at Mossely for the first XI and Larne High School for the teams.
Away hockey matches take place all over Northern Ireland.
Mens league games are on Saturdays.
